Workshop by Graham Potter – March 2012

We are pleased to announce that a two days Bonsai workshop will be held on the 17th & 18th of March 2012.
The workshop is organized by the Cyprus Bonsai club and will take place in Nicosia.

The bonsai workshop instructor/teacher will be Mr. Graham Potter of UK .

Mr. Graham Potter is one of the best Bonsai artists in England and probably in Europe and his stunning artistic skills, talent and knowledge always astound workshop participants. He has been teaching bonsai professionally for 13 years now and in that time has helped students to raise the quality of their bonsai to international exhibition level.

This is a great and rare opportunity for every bonsaist in Cyprus to attend a workshop under the instructions of a such great bonsai artist.

Workshop size is limited to 12 persons and level will be intermediate to advance.

Workshop participants can provide their own raw material/Bonsai for advice on styling, refinement or further development. Furthermore participants can work on there own trees under the instructions of Mr Graham.

I have known Graham for over a decade now and he is a brilliant artist and as we say in the UK, "he really knows his onions". Soak it up good people as I want to see your trees in major exhibitions in the near future. This is easily achievable with the quality of your native material, some good advice, technique and artistry. It would be a great honour to come over for a workshop sometime.

An issue to see with Graham is to let him classify our trees. To Classify the quality of our raw material and if is there any need for improvement.
